Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Short answer is no but occasionally we can help a brother out. If you live internationally and after something from us, please contact us directly. We ship internationally on a case by case basis - contact us before ordering.
Do you ship in discreet packaging?
Yes, all orders are shipped discreetly. There will be nothing having to do with this site on the outside of the package.
How long before I get my order?
On average, most orders will be shipped within 5 business days, so you should get them within 10 business days at the latest. (Please add one to two weeks to this time for orders outside of the Australia).
Special requests/Add on days may take longer. After purchasing, you will get an email from me within 1-2 business days giving you an estimated time frame for shipment. We try to get orders out as soon as possible.
I don’t live in Australia and my package is taking way too long to get to me since it was shipped. What can I do?
We cannot guarantee the arrival of packages once it leaves the Australia. Once in the hands of custom officers, the packages may be lost, held, tampered with or other issues beyond our control. Get in touch so we can follow up!
I didn't get an order update email and it’s been at least 5 days since I ordered.
Please check your spam folder. If you don’t see the email in the spam folder, please contact us.
Tracking still doesn’t have any updates and still says “Label Created”. Where is my package?
Please allow 24 hours for the package to get scanned into the couriers system. In rare cases, the scanning can take longer. In the off chance that it has been over 7 days with no updates in the system, please contact us & we will do what we can to get in touch with the courier company.
How long do the sellers wear the socks?
Standard wear time is 3 days, unless otherwise listed on the product listing. Unless specified or requested otherwise, assume it is 3 days.

Do you ship out the orders, or do the sellers?
Only Worn By Men Sydney will sell and dispatch items listed on this website. All orders will be packaged by us. If you’d like to sell your stuff to us, click here.
Why can’t I order directly from another guy?
Think of it like this – I'm a one man band marketplace for things specifically Worn By Men. I'm the agent and the people I buy from are my clients. When I have a surplus or when it's time to make room for something new, I post it for sale here.
If you're looking to buy or looking for a certain piece of clothing, size, condition or even colour, all inquiries are very much welcomed. Feel free to ask for something if you don’t see what you are looking for.
I want more photos. Is this possible?
All of the listings on the site will have photos. Some photos have a strategy in how much is showed, what angel is hottest, etc. We have stopped sending extra photos outside of the site because it took up a lot of time and truthfully, people wanting photos did not buy anything. We can’t send out photos all day.
In some cases, we can send extra photos, for example, if you have a special request after an order has been placed.
What is your refund policy?
Once the order has been shipped out, we do not offer refunds or returns. If you are unhappy with your order once you receive it though, please contact us and let us know. If you ordered and changed your mind right after purchasing (and the order hasn't been dispatched), please contact us ASAP and we will happily cancel your order and issue you a full refund of the order total immediately.
I ordered by mistake OR I decided I don’t want my order. What’s the fastest way to get a refund?
If you placed an order by mistake or you changed your mind right after purchasing, DO NOT contact your CC provider directly as this takes more time (and truthfully, it's a hassle on your end and mine). Instead, please contact us ASAP and we will happily cancel your order and issue you a full refund of the order total immediately.
What does Worn By Men Sydney show up as on my end on my transaction bill?
It DOES NOT show up as anything obvious. If you want to know the exact name, contact us once you place an order and I’ll let you know. Out of respect for everyone's privacy (someone may be nosing around on my your bill and want to search what website the merchant name is linked to), we will not publicly post the merchant account name. We will be glad to send it to you, however, after you place your order. If you have further questions about this issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

I want to sell my used stuff on your site, is that possible?
We do not allow individual buyer profiles/accounts. All items currently listed on the site are mine or purchased from verified sellers through here. If you want to run an ad on the homepage, contact me.
Can I advertise on your site?
Yes, we currently offer a monthly rate. Please contact us for the price sheet. Prices are very reasonable. Since we do not have individual buyer profiles/accounts, we're happy to promote other guys websites for a small fee.
